Warranty
For PROTAG Products not purchased from theprotag.com, kindly approach the retailer you have purchased from / request for the contact of their PROTAG distributor to seek a return / exchange.
If the Product was a gift, kindly ask the giver to provide you with the receipt. We will not support warranty if proof of purchase is not produced.
We need to verify if the PROTAG Product still falls within the applicable warranty period and verify that it was purchased from an authorised seller.
Kindly contact the retailer who sold it to you with the proof of purchase. Our authorised distributors/retailers have been given instructions to provide the limited warranty support.
Order Information
We only accept Paypal. If you wish to pay by credit card, you may still pay via Paypal without a Paypal account.
Yes. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
You can print a copy of your invoice from the Order Information page.
Orders may be cancelled before they ship. To cancel your order contact Customer Service.
Shipping Information
If you have received the Order Completed email, it would mean that your order has been shipped. Please contact customer support at support@theprotag.com for more information.
The tracking number is in the Order Completed email. You may check the status of your order at singpost.com.
